These starter Seller Terms describe the baseline rules for sellers offering AI services through the ForgePay marketplace.

Core ForgePay statements

  • ForgePay is not a bank.
  • ForgeCredit is not money issued by a government or central bank.
  • ForgeCredit is not a savings product.
  • ForgeCredit does not create ownership, yield or repayment rights.
  • Ordinary users cannot withdraw FGC to EUR.
  • Bonus FGC is non-transferable.
  • Transferable FGC may be sent between users subject to limits and fees.
  • The user-to-user transfer fee is 0.02%.
  • Sellers are settled according to Seller Terms.
  • External merchant API usage is governed by API Terms.

Seller onboarding

Sellers should provide business name, seller type, country, tax/VAT placeholder, payout currency, website, categories and acceptance of Seller Terms before review.

Listings and delivery

Sellers are responsible for accurate service titles, descriptions, prices in FGC, delivery descriptions, delivery times and whether bonus FGC is allowed for a service.

Settlement

Seller payouts are shown in EUR based on the exchange rate locked at the moment of sale. Settlement is subject to completed orders, platform fees, refunds, complaints and payout review.

Compliance

Sellers must not list forbidden services and must cooperate with complaint handling, audit requests and future KYC/KYB provider checks.
