Marketplace refunds

Marketplace refund handling should consider order status, delivery evidence, complaints, seller response and whether seller settlement has been released.

Merchant refunds

External merchant refunds may be requested through the API in test mode. Final rules should define merchant responsibilities, timelines and webhook notifications.

FGC balance effects

Refunds should be recorded through ledger entries and may return FGC to the appropriate bucket according to the original payment policy.

No ordinary EUR withdrawal

Refunds to ordinary users should not be described as EUR withdrawals unless a future regulated provider and final legal review allow that flow.
